I have never had a person who has put so much care and concerns for a company like Heidy Wallace. Whenever I have had a problem. She either had the answer or new who to turn to when we needed help. In fact she even waited on the line to make sure they took care of us. When she's been too busy to answer the phone she calls back. I have never had such commitment or concerns from anyone like that, I've had MANY companies who claim they can save me money. I asked them does Heidy go with it. They tell me know. Best Customer Service I have received in years.

Erica went above and beyond, reaching out to our business, and answering any question we had about Aliant, after an inquiry we made to find out more about the services offered. We chose to go with a platform our ecommerce provider suggested because we were needing to get the service up and going quickly, and could not find Aliant listed as an option. We found out recently that Aliant IS an option through Authorize.net and we could not be more pleased to make a switch to work with this company. We were impressed with Erica's ability to handle our unique situation, and offer the best customer service we have experienced in years. It makes a different to feel you have connected with a human...and not a robot. She was personable, knowledgeable, and appropriately persistent, making sure we had everything we needed, and hadn't thought of any additional questions. This alone is enough reason for us to choose Aliant for our business. The prices are great, but wouldn't have changed my mind.

I was very impressed with Aliant Payment Systems. To be honest, the ONLY reason we did not use them for our business is because we do not yet have our website live...but we needed a way to accept payments POS ASAP, as a majority of our sales are made word of mouth and face to face. We simply needed a faster approval process. Erica followed up with our company several times, simply making sure we didn't need assistance or have any further questions. We regret we were in such a time crunch that we weren't able to delay the authorization process for a payment processor. Otherwise, thanks to Erica's excellent customer care, we would already be signed up...and we haven't even been quoted a price! Customer Support you can rely on is just THAT important to our business.

We had a few bugs in the system with our terminal, and the ladies were very good at helping out my assistant to get that organized in sending us a new terminal out; we haven’t had any hiccups besides that. They also helped us in setting up our online account. I’m happy that our processing has been going through steadily and on time so far. I was going over it this morning and I told my assistant that I wanna make sure that I look over the accounts better because I haven’t been following up with that. Working with Aliant has been a progressive work. They’ve been very kind and attentive to our needs and we’re very happy with their services. So far so good

Learned about Aliant when I was doing some work on a refrigerator in their corporate office. As I do wherever I go, I ask people what they do for a living, and their system is usually self-explanatory. But I didn't know what Aliant did. When they told me about it, I said I've always wanted to get one of those swipes for my business, but I never wanted to deal with the headaches. I've been in business 46 years and I got away without it all these years. Then the lady there said that they can make it really easy as they'll help me the whole way. If it wasn't for them, I probably couldn't have done it myself because one needs to go on the computer and download this and that. I'm really good at fixing refrigerators, but I'm not too good with computers. The brief experience I have with them so far has been awesome. I didn't even get to use the product yet but the customer service is phenomenal. Any time I have an issue, whether it's a question on how to do this or when do I get paid, they're quick. I also get to speak to somebody. I didn't have to push several buttons and I don't stay on hold. I'm extremely happy at this moment.

Aliant is the best processor I have come across in quite some time. Nowadays most processors consider their clients as just another number. Aliant makes it so simple to not only get you started, but if I ever have an issue they are a phone call away. I met with Giancarlo some months back, he was very knowledgeable, professional, and was completely upfront with me about rates and fees. I explained my business is mostly on the run, and he provided me a service that fits my needs perfectly for a processor. really easy to use

I used to process credit cards using a landline telephone and would then key in numbers using the keypad on the telephone. I will never physically hold the credit card or see it, so I had to key everything in manually. With Aliant, the app for my smartphone made the entering of the information and it was much easier. There was no monthly minimum requirement, the rates were less, and the processing fee that you would charge per transaction were also less. I purchased the credit card processing system where they take a small percentage of the charges when I process them and it's really easy to use. I initially had some issues with setup, but I don’t really need help in any way to process credit cards. But if I ever had a hiccup, I would call them.

Clifford used Aliant Payment Systems in his other company. He didn't have any problems with it so we also used it when he started a new company. We don’t use a lot of credit card transactions often. But when we do, I just go online and it’s easy. I get their information, go and run it online, instead of having them come here with their card. I was referred by my bank so I decided to get merchant services from Alliant. Our experience with them was very good. I've made one phone call when they set up my business account and everybody was prompt. I find it easy working with their sales team. The only thing that I've had issues with is the little swipers breaking. I called their customer support a couple of times and had a couple of the new pieces sent out. Also, when one of their competitors tried to get my business at the beginning and came in with a better pricing, I told Alliant about it and they adjusted their price to make me happy which was very good.

They're easy to get ahold of, they get back to me and they resolve what I need. I don't like big companies where people have to go through channels and customer service. I like the dialog. I used Aliant Payment Systems several years. A business acquaintance referred it to me. I used their service for my credit card purchases for customers at art shows. I did have to call Aliant over a time or two for discrepancies on charges or malfunction of the machine that I had. They were able to help me. I liked the fact that I could talk to someone when I called if I had a problem. They were quick to talk me through if I needed to reset my machine. They were good about that and they met my expectations.

I love Aliant. Our experience with them has been great. We were with them for about seven years before we moved to another company. We were gone for about two years, and we re-signed our contract just last month with them. They’re very honest. I was able to get a better deal than what I was getting in the prior contract. We went through the benefits and the process was easily handled. I didn’t have to leave messages. Their customer support most of the times answered their phone. I really appreciate that with them, especially Heidi. She was awesome.

When I got in touch with Aliant, the sales team was very pleasant and easy to work with. I've had a lot of bad experiences in the past with people that don't like to reply to emails or any kind of correspondence. But Aliant was responsive to my needs and very diligent about responding quickly. I dealt with one of their technical support representatives in helping me get things set up and was very thorough. Certainly caught me on a couple of errors and other potential mistakes that I would have made in the setup process had they not reviewed the stuff that I sent over to them. They were very helpful and made it a much easier process. I've had nothing but good experience. Aliant Payment Systems is great and was able to provide better rates than I was accustomed to. I don't lose money.

I like the virtual terminal the most.

We were with First Data and then Aliant presented their rates compared to First Data's, and so we chose to go with Aliant. We are using the terminal for credit card and their services are simple and easy. I like the virtual terminal the most. Every time I have an issue, I just call Darryl, their rep, and he takes care of any and all of the problems I have. It's a pleasure doing business with them and I’m very happy with it.

I'd call them if I see something fraudulent on my account and they'd help me take care of it. I have been dealing with Aliant for many, many years. They have always gone the extra mile for us when needed. Eric has been fair with the pricing and I don't feel that I have to constantly challenge and watch the set up to get a good deal. Eric keeps it fair and has reduced rates without my request when he is able to do so. His knowledge and experience has saved us a lot over the years. He has integrity and it shows in his business and with his staff. I would and have highly recommend him and his company!

Erica Fernandez was very quick to response to emails/questions; Aliant did a thorough analysis of our fees, although they could not compete with our current rates (deep discounts through franchise), they were up front and recommended that we stay with our current processor. Very quick turn around

Overall process was great. I think the interest rate is a little high, but also know that I'm not dealing with a bank. After I submitted my paperwork, the funds were in the bank right away. I think this is a good company to work with, if you are having trouble getting a loan.
