Price Method does dynamic pricing rental properties to maximize occupancy and revenue. We change the daily prices based on hundreds of variables like season, events, demand on other platforms, search terms, etc. We use Simility's fraud prevention platform to help detect when our customers are acting unusually. We have even used Simility to qualify sales leads for us, in order to optimize our account managers' efforts. We can quickly customize our detection model exactly how we want it using their easy manual rules builder. Additionally, their software automatically self-optimizes using machine learning, so it is constantly learning the preferences of our business model and making appropriate adjustments. I would highly recommend Simility to anyone that wants to find unusual or risky customer behavior within its data.
