Providers that sign up for either the professional, business, or business plus plans are given the opportunity to be featured in the rankings based on the services they provide. The professional package offers a single category to be considered in while the business plan provides 2 and the business plus plan provides 3.
Does this mean we are guaranteed to be ranked?
We cannot make any guarantees to a provider's eligibility to be ranked as a top performer within their area. Each provider needs to be placed through our evaluation process to ensure they meet certain proprietary and industry standards.

Will I have control over my own profile?
Yes. Every vendor will have control over their own profile on topcreditcardprocessors.com. In the member area representatives will be able to change and update key facts and information about their services.
Do you provide any tracking information?
While we utilize some standard web analytics solutions for our website, we do not track the success of advertising or other efforts directly on our website. We suggest vendors produce a custom URL as they would for any other advertising initiative for tracking purposes.
Do you guarantee the removal of reviews?
Through our website we offer merchants the opportunity to review the services they have used. In the case of incorrect information being used in reviews, we offer merchant service providers the opportunity to have fictional reviews removed. We investigate reviews that are flagged or reported on our website in order to ensure the reviews contain factually correct information and will remove reviews that are found to contain less-than-truthful information. We do not, however, remove truthful reviews from our website.
